The great thing about this program is that it's been designed to fit into any schedule - you can listen to recorded transmissions and still receive the frequency, so you don't have to be present live.  

That also means you can use them at a time that works for you, AND you don't even have to be awake while you listen.  These transmissions are mostly silent so you can easily put them on while going to sleep and soak up the frequency while you dream. In addition, many people have found that the transmissions promote deep, restful sleep.

Yes! You will receive slightly less frequency if you are listening to the recording.  My guides have consistently said that recordings deliver about 80% of the original frequency.

However, this program has been designed by the Galactic Center beings so that participants can receive the full frequency load necessary for the evolutionary process by listening only to recordings.

I know it's common to share with those in your family or friend group, however, the Galactic Center guides have been very clear that they will only work on those who have registered.  

This means that they will not receive the individual work and integration work necessary to fully process the reformulation frequencies and complete the intended evolutionary process. 

No, it isn't necessary to have any experience with energy work to benefit from this process, however, I have found that those who have practiced energetic self-care techniques, received regular energy sessions or are practitioners of energy work move more quickly through the process and are often more aware of the movement of energy, thus having a "bigger" experience during the process.

Those unfamiliar with energy work may feel very little during the process, but this is not an indication of how well it is working, it is instead a reflection of the sensitivity of the idividual.

Yes! 

Though the transmissions will be delivered in a meditation format, it is not necessary to meditate in order to receive the frequency.

In fact you may simply rest, or engage in light inwardly-focused activities such as yoga or stretching, walking, or free-form artwork. You can even take a nap!

Here's the thing - there's no possibility that it won't work for you if you follow the process and the guidelines set forth by the Galactic Center Stewards.

However, some people don't feel much happening.  If you're someone who doesn't feel the movement of energy you probably won't feel it like those who do.  

The good news is that this has no bearing on whether or not it's working for you.  It simply represents your level of sensitivity.

Many people who've gone through the process have reported a mix of elated feelings of joy, peace and higher states of consciousness, with fatique, emotional ups and downs, and existing physical aches and pains flaring then disappearing completely.

Others have reported a significant reduction in anxiety, improved sleep, less emotional reactivity and greater mental clarity.

Some people have found the process to be very challenging while others have found it to be quite subtle. 

From my perspective as an Energy Healer, this is related to the amount of unprocessed trauma holding in the energetic grid - the deepest and densest energy system in the biofield.

Though each experience is unique and it is impossible to predict what kind of experience you will have, you can expect that any unprocessed traumas will surface in one way or another during or after receiving the reformulation frequencies. 

Picking up on what others are feeling isn't unusual for people who are sensitive, and a lot of people who participate in this kind of work fall into that category.

You don't need to worry about protecting yourself in the sessions, we are very well protected and because you will be worked on directly throughout unwanted energies will be removed as part of the process of clearing your system.

If anything, you'll leave with fewer unwanted energies than you started with. Some people are particularly sensitive to the emotions of others in the room, even on a zoom call, and I have a great technique that I'll share with you for those situations!

These anticipated changes were outlined by the beings who designed the Human Reformulation Program. They appear to unfold over time, some more quickly than others. 

Each individual experience is unique, and cannot be predicted, and while one individual may experience more physical changes while another experiences more emotional or cognitive changes.

As with any program, there is potential for various changes but no way to guarantee that these changes will happen. 

Many participants have been very aware of the changes occurring for them, while others have not felt them as intensely.

There is no official end to the changes you will experience, as the process is projected to continue for the rest of your life.

I don't recommend this process as a means of overcoming addiction.  For many people, the Reformulation process stirs up old traumas, emotional patterns and behaviors, bringing them into your experience quite tangibly as they are being pushed to the surface and released.

For some, the process of release is not quick.  There is also a deep energetic healing of distortions caused by trauma.  The healing process of these deep energetic corrections also is not fast and can trigger difficult emotions.

For this reason, addictive tendencies could potentially increase, as triggers are activated.  

This process could be undergone as part of a recovery from addiction, when one is no longer using and has established a solid baseline of functioning without the aid of substances.
