Frequency attunements can best be understood in terms of entrainment and critical mass.

In a frequency attunement, your energy system is being attuned to the specific vibrations that are coming in.  This is similar to tuning an instrument. 

Adjustments must be made in your system for you to integrate the frequency coming in so that your system begins to resonate with this new frequency.  

Think of a group of instruments playing a single note.  You will hear it if some are out of tune, but as they come into tune the note is strong and clear.  

The concept of entrainment explains that the cells in the body will come into vibrational resonance just like when music is playing in a room and everyone starts to sway to the same rhythm. 

Studies have shown that as vibration shifts and more cells begin to vibrate together through entrainment, more cells will begin to shift into the same vibration resulting in a self-sustaining process.  This means they have reached a state of critical mass, where it is no longer necessary to apply an external influence and the process will continue on its own.

You can apply this concept to your own energy system, and on a much larger scale, to the field of humanity as a whole!

Yes!  Because the frequency is encoded in the recorded transmission you will still receive it when listening to the recording. 

Think of when your dog hears a high-pitched sound that is beyond what the human ear can hear.  If that 'invisible' sound were recorded and played back your dog would still hear it.

The same concept applies to the frequencies in channeled transmissions.  Many people feel them intensely but very few people hear them.  Even so, they are wavelengths that are present and can be recorded. You can think of this as silent music!

There will periodically be some spoken messages, but the emphasis in these channeled meditations is on the energetic transmission.

Results will always vary depending on the person. Most people experience a deep sense of peace and calm, sometimes emotional releasing, sometimes physical sensations or nervous system sensations in the moment.  

How can you determine if the attunements are helping you?  You should feel better.  This can be a progressive shift in mood, in optimism, feeling less heavy, going into stress states less often, etc, and in particular, periodic waves of joy.  These changes should increase over time as you settle into new vibrational states.

Your progress will be accelerated by keeping your energy system in good balance and incorporating basic wellness habits into your life - exercise, drinking plenty of water, eating healthy foods, and cutting back on alcohol and other toxins/addictions.

A clean system is better able to integrate and maintain higher vibrations!

Not really.  What's more important is that you listen to them when you have some down time, not when you are fully occupied with other things.

A good time to listen is at night as you are going to sleep because you would take in the frequency and have all night to integrate it into your system while you are at rest.

But you can also listen while taking a bath, floating in a pool, resting, doing artwork, and any other activity that is restful and puts you into a receptive state.

These channelings are entirely focused on raising vibration.  That means that the objective of the channelings is to transmit certain frequencies to the listener and attune that person's system to these frequencies.

All channelings transmit some frequency, but not all channelings have the objective of frequency transmission.  Some are primarily messages to be heard and understood on an emotional or mental level.
